SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the JMG Systems text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from JMG Systems, you agree to the following terms.

Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS messages from JMG Systems related to IT support, troubleshooting, service follow-ups, scheduling, and operational communications. Messages are conversational in nature -- sent by our support staff as part of active service interactions. No automated marketing or promotional messages are sent through this program.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your active IT support needs and service interactions with JMG Systems. You will not receive messages outside of active support engagements unless you initiate a conversation.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and wireless plan. JMG Systems is not responsible for any messaging or data charges from your carrier.

Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from JMG Systems. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and we will stop sending SMS messages to your number. You may opt back in at any time by replying START or by contacting us directly.

Your consent to receive SMS messages from JMG Systems is not a condition of purchasing any products or services. You may decline to receive SMS messages and still receive full IT support services through other communication channels (phone, email).

Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Supported Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
